Consulting Services

Clubhouse Programming A collaborative process with Diedrich and those knowledgeable about the future users of the amenities to complete the "Diedrich Clubhouse Program Outline" 2004 to itemize, in detail, the architectural program elements that make up the clubhouse.

Alternative Concepts and Master-planning of the Clubhouse Site Diedrich will develop alternative site concepts in concert with clubhouse functional block plans and in response to the master plan and/or golf course layout.

Budget Opinion An initial budget opinion, on an area basis, will be done to the degree possible relative to the state of the planning and design.

Architectural Precedent Consideration of the architecture of the region as a source of the architecture style for the amenity facilities

Architectural Conceptual Design The Architectural Design service will take the functional concept and develop it in the third dimension to express the appropriate architectural concept.
